2026 AGM NOTICE
In line with the Wrexham Amateur Athletics Club Constitution, notification is hereby given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held at Gweryllt Park Cricket Club function room, (not the lounge that the meeting was held in last year) Parkwall Road Gwersyllt LL11 4DX
On Wednesday 25th November, commencing at 7:00 pm.
Please note that only fully paid-up members can vote at AGM, although a parent is permitted to vote on behalf of their child who is a fully paid-up member.
The Club is always in need of more officials, coaches, volunteers, first aid, fund raising, etc. so if you can volunteer, or a parent who can help please let a committee member know.
If you have any proposals or items, you wish to discuss at the AGM please email these to the Club Secretary (wrexham.secretary@outlook.com). Please put the subject title as Wrexham AGM and send before 18th November 2025.
The below roles are currently vacant, but you can nominate for any committee or club position, please request a nomination form from the club secretary and return no later than 18th November.
